Here's how it works.
After you fill out the questionnaire below we'll follow-up with a Zoom call. In this Zoom call, we'll go over your goals, previous injuries, etc, as well as run you through a full body-screen.
From this information we'll design a program based on your goals, limitations, and needs.
Once the program is complete, we'll send it directly to your phone. If you decide to meet virtually we'll meet over Zoom and run through the workout together. If you choose the program design option you'll run yourself through your program with guidance from us, through the app.

Virtual Training 2x/week: $400/month (8 Sessions @ $50/session)
Virtual Training 1x/week: $250/month (4 Sessions @ $62.50/session)
Program Design: $100 per month (4 weeks of programming)
